• Pay all fees associated with services rendered

4. Fees and Payment

All services are subject to fees as published on our website or quoted for specific projects. You agree to:

• Pay all fees in full before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed
• Pay any additional fees for expedited services or special requests
• Be responsible for any bank or payment processing fees

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect projects already in progress.

5. Turnaround Times

Standard processing times are estimates only and not guarantees. While we make every effort to meet published turnaround times, we are not liable for delays caused by:

• Delays in verification from third parties
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• High volume periods

6. Confidentiality

• Technical failures could potentially compromise data security despite our safeguards

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numezu Wowopu shall not be liable for:

• Errors or omissions in processed documents that originated from client-provided materials
• Rejection of documents by third parties after processing

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid for those specific services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
